Using your phones, tablets or laptops before going to the bed is an extremely unhealthy habit which negatively impacts your sleep. Provided the amount of tech we are all surrounded by, this one is not easy to prevent but it is the need of time. You need to give up on your screens at least 1 to 2 hours before going to the bed.
